1. Who we are and what this covers
Ashirwad Novelties Wholesale LLC ("we", "us", "our") is a wholesale supplier of souvenirs, gift products, decorative items and general consumer goods, registered and operating in the United States at 601 E. Ash Lane, Apt. 2203, Euless, TX 76039, USA.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit melyaschool.com ("the Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it. It applies to this website and to the business correspondence that follows from an inquiry submitted here.
In short: we collect only what you type into our inquiry form, we use it only to answer you and to fulfil a wholesale order, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to [email protected].
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you submit the wholesale inquiry form, we receive:
- your full name;
- your company or store name;
- your email address;
- your telephone number;
- your state or region, if you choose to provide it;
- the estimated order volume you selected;
- the product categories you ticked;
- the free-text message you wrote;
- the fact that you gave consent, and when.
If you email or telephone us directly, we also hold whatever you choose to include in that correspondence.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, our server records basic technical data when a page is requested: the IP address making the request, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser user-agent string. This is standard web-server logging used for security, fault diagnosis and abuse prevention.
2.3 What we do not collect
We do not operate a shopping cart, a customer account system or a payment gateway on this Site. We therefore never collect or store payment card numbers, bank details, passwords, Social Security numbers or government identification numbers through this website. If any page ever appears to ask you for such information, do not enter it — contact us first.

7. Advertising

9. How we protect it
The Site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Form submissions are validated on the server, protected against automated abuse, and delivered to a mailbox with access limited to the small number of people who handle wholesale inquiries. Stored records are kept on access-controlled systems.
No method of transmitting or storing data is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. We do commit to telling you promptly if a breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, and to notifying the relevant authorities where the law requires it. Please do not send payment card details, passwords or identification documents to us by email.
10. Your rights and choices
Wherever you are, you may ask us to:
- Access — give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct — fix anything inaccurate or incomplete;
- Delete — erase your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep;
- Restrict or object — pause or stop a particular use of your information;

10.1 California residents

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
10.2 How to exercise a right
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request". Tell us what you want us to do and give us enough detail to find your records. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first — usually by replying to the email address already on file — and we will never charge you for a reasonable request.
11. Children's privacy
This Site is a business-to-business trade catalogue intended for commercial buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. International visitors
We operate from the United States, and information submitted through this Site is processed and stored in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the US, you should be aware that US data protection law may differ from the law in your own country.
